  • IPS admins invite Provider, Coordinator, Admin, and Administrative seats on the institution, from the Organization Portal. Member is a legacy seat, not an invite role.
  • Independent Providers invite Administrative help from Independent Portal → users.

Staff on each side

  • IPS staff (Coordinator or Administrative) stay on the Organization Portal. See Organization portal for invites and Agenda when their role can schedule.
