Administrative staff

Independent Providers may invite Administrative people to help with scheduling and patients. Those people use the Independent Portal.

After you accept the invite

  1. Sign in with the verified email on the invite.
  2. Complete the staff profile the product asks for.
  3. Open Independent Portal → member profile. You can view the user list and help with scheduling and patients. Clinical provider menus stay with the Independent Provider.
