Organization profile

The organization profile on this page is the IPS institution record. It is not a user profile and not a provider profile. Open Organization Portal → profile.

Update the IPS profile

Section titled “Update the IPS profile”
  1. Open Organization Portal → profile.
  2. Complete legal name, identification, and document fields the form requires; upload required logo and supporting files.
  3. Save.

Validation vs access

Section titled “Validation vs access”
  • Profile validation is a review state for a provider profile.
  • Organization access is who may sign in to Organization Portal menus.

Do not treat a pending validation as missing access, or the reverse.
