Organization provider

An organization provider is a clinician invited into an IPS. You work in the Organization Portal. You do not run the institution — that is the organization admin.

Before patients can book you

  1. Finish provider profile and any validation the product requires. Your IPS admin may start parts of this profile.
  2. Publish availability.
  3. Confirm the organization enabled the service and site you will use.

Everyday tasks

  1. Set availability
  2. Work from the agenda
  3. Capture informed consent in the Organization Portal (this device or one phone QR)
  4. Keep the provider profile current

You cannot invite users or edit the IPS organization profile from this seat. You may see the user directory when your seat allows; you still cannot invite or change roles.
