Clinical work for an Independent Provider lives in the Independent Portal. The steps match organization provider help: profile, availability, and agenda.

Everyday clinical tasks

  1. Keep the provider profile current.
  2. Publish availability on your sites.
  3. Work from the agenda. Independent Providers can also book for a patient (membership path or private-service path) from Independent Portal menus.
  4. Capture informed consent in the Independent Portal (this device or one phone QR) from the Encounter consent workspace. Upload the PDF first when Consent templates is in your menu — see Upload consent templates.
  5. Open encounter history when your role can see clinical records.
