Organization portal

Organization admins configure an IPS so providers and patients can work. You use the Organization Portal. Organization access is a role on that institution. It is not patient membership.

First-time setup

  1. Complete the organization profile.
  2. Add sites and enabled services.
  3. Invite users with the correct roles.
  4. Ask organization providers to finish profiles and availability.

Roles you may invite

The invite form lists Admin, Coordinator, Provider, and Administrative. Only roles your own role is allowed to invite appear. Member is a legacy seat: existing users keep it until you change the role; it is not pickable on invite.

You do not invite an Independent Provider onto an IPS with that independent seat. That person signs up as Independent Provider and works in the Independent Portal.

Coordinator and Administrative staff on an IPS also use the Organization Portal (member profile, and agenda when their permissions allow).
